Hey there, I’m Reeves Vaughn. QuadEight wasn’t born from a brainstorm—it came from the real-world frustrations of running a business.
I didn’t come from tech. My background was construction and building product sales. The most advanced tech thing I’d done was wire my living room surround sound… by pulling back the carpet and running wires across the slab.
After earning a Business degree from ECU in 1999, I started with Georgia-Pacific in Atlanta. That’s where I first saw the power of software—a system called SMART that showed everything about a customer the moment they called. It blew my mind.
In 2005, I launched AYS LLC, a construction services company in Charlotte. Over 15 years, we grew it to $7M a year. But by 2014, I was drowning in paperwork and outdated tools. CRMs like Agency Bloc and Pipedrive didn’t match the chaos of real operations. So, in 2018, I hired a firm to build a custom system—costly, clunky, and required two full-time staff just to operate.
COVID and overhead finally forced us to shut down in 2022. But even more now, CRM and marketing software was not easy for a small business.
After working for an annuity broker for a year, I realized more than construction needed a CRM and marketing software. So I revived the idea. This time, with lessons learned and AI at the core. And that’s how QuadEight was officially born.
QuadEight is the CRM I wish I had years ago—built for B2C businesses that want automation without the headaches. It’s lean, smart, and eliminates the need to hire extra staff. Actually, it helps you need less manpower.
Thanks for reading—hope we get to work together.
Cheers,
Reeves Vaughn
